Terms and Conditions

1. Scope

These Terms & Conditions apply to all services offered by Dr. Maddy Fellmeth, including shamanic guidance for humans and animals, seminars, Power Paintings, as well as telephone and online sessions.

By booking an appointment or seminar, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

2. Booking

Appointments may be booked through the online booking system Zeeg or by individual arrangement. A binding agreement is concluded upon confirmation of your booking.

3. Fees and Payment

The prices published at the time of booking apply. Unless otherwise agreed, payment is made either in advance via PayPal or by invoice after the session. Invoices are payable within the stated payment period without deduction.

All prices are final prices. In accordance with Section 19 of the German Value Added Tax Act (UStG), no VAT is charged or shown on invoices.

4. Rescheduling and Cancellation

Appointments may be cancelled or rescheduled free of charge up to two business days before the scheduled appointment.

For cancellations made less than two business days before the appointment, or in the event of a no-show, a €50 cancellation fee will be charged.

If I need to reschedule an appointment for important reasons, an alternative appointment will, of course, be offered.

5. Shamanic Session

Each session begins with a brief introductory phone call, during which we discuss your intention and concerns. Afterwards, the call ends while I carry out the shamanic work.

Following the session, we have a concluding conversation, and you will receive a written summary by email.

Your booking also includes 14 days of personal follow-up support. During this period, you may contact me with brief questions by email or telephone. If appropriate and directly related to the original session, one brief shamanic follow-up treatment may also be provided.

This follow-up support does not replace or include an additional full session.

6. Soul Art

Every Soul Art begins with a shamanic journey during which I receive the image, as well as guidance regarding its size, materials, and estimated price.

A separate fee is charged for this preparatory journey and the subsequent consultation. Should you decide to commission your Power Painting, this amount will be deducted in full from the final purchase price.

There is no obligation to commission the artwork after the consultation.

The commission becomes binding once the full purchase price has been received. As every Painting is individually created as a personalised commissioned artwork, there is no right of withdrawal or cancellation once the commission has been placed. Refunds are not possible once work on the artwork has begun.

7. Important Information

My work combines behavioural biology with shamanic guidance. It is intended to provide personal support, encourage self-reflection and personal growth, and deepen the relationship between humans and animals.

My services are intended to complement - not replace - medical, veterinary, psychotherapeutic, or other healthcare diagnosis or treatment.

If you or your animal experience health concerns or emergencies, please seek assistance from an appropriately qualified medical or veterinary professional.

8. Personal Responsability

Participation in my services is entirely voluntary and at your own responsibility.

Clients remain fully responsible for their own decisions and for obtaining appropriate medical, psychotherapeutic, or veterinary care whenever necessary.

9. Liability

My liability is limited to cases of intent or gross negligence to the extent permitted by applicable law.

To the extent permitted by law, I accept no liability for decisions, actions, or omissions made by clients based on information, guidance, or insights received during my services.

10. Privacy

Information on how personal data is processed can be found in my Privacy Policy.

11. Final Provisions

Should any provision of these Terms & Conditions become invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany, unless mandatory statutory provisions require otherwise.
